VALIE EXPORT's artistic work includes video, digital photography, installation, body performance, feature films, experimental and documentary films, expanded cinema, conceptual photography, objects, and texts on art history and feminism. Her works often deal with investigations into experiencing media reality, the reality that is represented through media; VALIE EXPORT calls these works “media anagrams.”
